Aside from the tea and a wide array of sandwiches, macaroons, tarts & sugar, the afternoon was perfect because I got to catch up with some old friends and meet new ones!!!
My dear friend Nancy, set up the event at Mariposa located inside Neiman Marcus, where I always look forward to the tiny cups of warm chicken broth and the popovers, warm to melt the strawberry butter!
This was my first time having a Afternoon Tea party, I was really looking forward to all the cutesy tea cups…unfortunately they just had some plain jane white cups instead. Nonetheless, meeting up with beautiful friends and exchanging stories was the icy on my Sunday afternoon.
