Now you can make your own Bear diaper cake that the expecting mom is absolutely going to love!
Here’s how it all came together!
Materials:
1 package of size 2 diapers
1 roll of brown ribbon
large rubber bands
small rubber bands
glue gun
2 different size of round plastic containers
First thing you need to do is create two wrapped diaper wheels. One wheel should roughly have 7 – 10 diapers, this is the bear’s face. The other wheel should contain 15 – 20 diapers, this is the bear’s body.You should have six extra diapers for the bears ears, nose & feet, more on that later.
After filling the containers with the diapers laying out flat, you remove the container and secure it with the thick rubber bands. Wrap the brown ribbon on each wheel by using the hot glue gun to hold it together.
After you’ve completed both wheels, place the smaller one on top of the larger one to from the bears head and body. Use your glue gun to connect the ribbons together and give it a minute for it to cool down and set.
Roll up 6 diapers and put small rubber bands on them tight. Wrap them in the brown ribbon and glue them onto the bear for his ears, hands & feet.
Last but not least, I’ve added a bowtie and cut out brown construction paper to make the bear pop out a bit more!
